Processing Time
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
During new collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times are determined by the selected shipping method and carrier.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
